What it does
- Built for small and medium-size businesses that need secure payment output without changing their accounting system.
- Produces the bank's Positive Pay file concurrently as checks are printed.
- Form Suite is also available for the IBM AS/400 series.
Checks and ACH in one run
- ChequeSuite can print checks and make ACH payments in a single “check” run, saving time and money.
- The default is to print checks. If a vendor is set up to receive ACH, a voucher is printed and/or emailed to the vendor.
- Remote printing to any internet-connected location, protected by encrypted communication.

Issue
Checks are printed from your existing accounting system through ChequeSeal or ChequeSuite.

Key check data is encoded into a secure barcode on the check at the source.

Scan
The check is scanned at deposit or clearing by CheckTeller or CheckPoint.

Validate
Encoded data is compared with the printed serial number, amount, date and payee.

Discrepancies are flagged as exceptions for review before funds are released.
