Tamper-proof digital seal for every check you issue
CheckSeal™
ChequeSeal software is state of the art check printing and management software that makes check printing more efficient and secure.

Seamlessly interface with all accounting software, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, MAS, Timberline, Yardi, MYOB, home grown system, etc. Proof the check against fraud and counterfeiting. An enhanced check layout can be implemented without any changes required in the accounting software.
CheckSeal™ is the core technology behind ChequeGuard's fraud prevention platform—embedding a unique, encrypted seal on every check you issue. This seal acts as a digital fingerprint, allowing instant authentication at any point in the check's lifecycle.
From issuance to deposit, CheckSeal™ ensures document integrity, traceability, and verification—eliminating vulnerabilities that traditional checks can't address.
Seal It. Secure It. Stop Fraud.
- Applies a patented encrypted seal to every check at the time of printing
- Encodes check data such as payee, amount, date, and check number
- Links the issued document to an unalterable digital record in your system
- Detects any unauthorized change, even if the MICR line is intact
How it works
- 1
Issuance
CheckSeal™ integrates with your accounting or treasury software to apply a secure, encrypted code to the check.
- 2
Verification
At deposit, the code is scanned by CheckTeller™ or verified centrally via CheckPoint™.
- 3
Validation
The system instantly compares the encrypted data to your original issuance record. Any alteration triggers an alert.
Additional ChequeSeal features
- Generates Positive Pay issue files according to any bank's specs, and can transmit the issue file automatically without any user intervention
- Generates and prints the Barcode Positive Pay security feature
- Lines up the payee's name with the words “Pay to the order of” to comply with Payee Positive Pay specifications
- Converts the payee's name to upper case for fewer OCR false positives
- Uses a bigger font to make check alterations difficult
- Eliminates any gaps to prevent “Added Payee name”
- Signature printing control prints signatures according to the check amount and the user's setup
Remote printing & ACH
- Remote Printing: print to any remote location connected to the internet, protected by encrypted communication to ensure data integrity and fraud-proof check printing.

The impact of stolen checks from mail couriers on check fraud
Mail theft represents a significant and evolving threat to individuals, businesses, and financial institutions. Envelopes that exhibit a check are frequently the target of criminals who search mailboxes. According to law enforcement agencies and financial industry studies, check fraud related to mail theft has seen a marked increase in the last decade. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service, for example, reported thousands of cases annually, with losses reaching hundreds of millions of dollars nationwide.
- A standard check layout exposes the check, and criminals can easily spot envelopes with a check inside.
- In place of a duplicate stub, ChequeSeal's enhanced layout prints the recipient's name and address on the white panel of the check.
- If a duplicate stub is necessary, ChequeSeal can be configured to print or save a copy.
Where it fits
